When no one said it was possible especially with investment properties!  We went to Bill & Fran for their advice on a short sale for two of my investment properties that I needed to short  sell. Not only were there no late payments but the tenants were still living in the properties and paying rent.  In a timely manner Team Jenkins received offers and negotiated with our bank to smoothly transition a new buyer into place without disrupting our tenants. We thought we were going to lose our home to foreclosure and had no other choice after missing so many payments.
