Spice up your listing with some quick and easy staging ideas for this Fall Season. These are some of the tips we can share to help get buyers interested and feel welcome during the fall season.
1. Rake your Leaves outside- Keep up with your yard work and clean the outside yard. A good place would not appear as messy since leaves are scattered from the outside. Improve your curb appeal, trim back any overgrown or dead plants help them boost outside appearance that looks good.
2. Use Fresh Scents- Use scented candies- apple, cinnamon scents or anything that is connected with Fall- just to make buyers welcome. You don’t need to buy or bake a pumpkin pie though, anything that can boost the smell inside the house would be awesome.
3. Good Lighting- Lighten it up. Take advantage of the natural light as much as you can by opening your window drapes or blinds. Schedule showings within the day to take advantage when the light is stronger. Adequate lighting makes a huge difference
4. Show Off the Fireplace- Burn baby burn! Make sure that if the home has a fireplace it is clean. Although you don’t want the fireplace turned on when showing your home hang decors like pinecones or hearth.
5. Keep all the toys- de-clutter make sure that when buyer’s come in they don’t see your personal stuff- Have them feel that this is a place where they can do barbecues and steaks especially on the outside of your home.
6. Decorate with Mum’s- Decorate with a pot or two of orange or gold chrysanthemums adds a seasonal touch.
